Fashion Week At Work

It seemed like it was fashion week at my office as my friends came in with their new women fashion clothing. Although we are all professional women and are into our careers as well as women power, we all want to look our best.

My friend Kim wore a suit that was made of cotton and was feminine as well as powerful. One thing that I never cared for when it came to women clothing was that some women felt that in order to compete in a man’s world and break through the glass ceiling, they had to dress like men. I never liked that idea. I like getting by on my brains and talent, but I still like to look like a woman and wear clothes that accent women fashion.

Right now, our local shopping center has female clothes on sale for a discounted price. Kim generously told me where she purchased her beautiful suit and I was tempted enough to go and take a look. I certainly did not want to copy the suit that she was wearing but wanted something similar as I really thought the suit she wore looked professional; yet alluring at the same time. I eventually did make a purchase of a suit in the same style but made sure it was of a different color and a slightly different pattern. I hope she realizes that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

When I find female clothes on sale, I like to get a few things to add to my wardrobe. I tend to like certain colors and styles so when they go on sale I will add to the wardrobe with a few items that not only mix and match with each other but will also blend in with the clothes I have at home. I have a certain style of women clothing that I wear to work and even at home, so when I see something in my style, I make the purchase.

Like many women, I love to shop. Women fashion pages are studied in magazines, but I make sure that I purchase clothing that will flatter my figure. I also try to find female clothes on sale so that I can save money on when I add to my wardrobe. Of course, I tend to go for quality rather than quantity so that my clothing will last longer and I get my money’s worth.

The fashion week at work came to an end when most of the women in the office followed Kim’s lead and began seeking new clothing that looked great on them while still spelling out women power.

Finding The Best Female Clothes On Sale

I have always had an eye for a good bargain and when I find female clothes on sale I tend to get very excited. This excitement does get me into a lot of trouble most of them though. Instead of acting responsibly and purchasing women fashion clothing that looks good on me instead of the mannequin at the store; I just go ahead and buy loads of clothes thinking of the money I am saving.

Too many women tend to dress inappropriately. I notice this at work all the time. Take Debbie, this high-powered female executive with a prominent position in our office. Though she is extremely overweight, she either does not seem to realize this or she just does not care. This is apparent by the way that she dresses. She often wears short skirts and tight tops that do not do her any good at all. Suffice to say, she does not do any justice to women fashion clothes at all. Debbie has the money for good clothing that will fit her but because she refuses to acknowledge the fact that she is not thin enough to wear short skirts, she ends up looking unprofessional and unkempt in demeanor though in her work she is the most professional person I have seen.

My friend Kim on the other hand, knows how to wear the best women clothes fashions. Though she is not as thin as most runway models, she knows how to wear clothing so that it accents the best parts of her figure and hides the flaws. Truth to tell, we all secretly admire her and envy her dress sense; in fact most of us openly try to emulate her style at work. At home, Kim also wears relaxing clothing that suits her. She is one woman who knows the true meaning of women power when it comes to clothing. She does not feel that she has to dress like a man at work; she is all woman. She also does not feel that she has to bow down to every fashion statement that comes along. Kim always wears clothing that fit her and suit her age.

Luckily for me, Kim is a good friend and is always there to help me find the best female clothes on sale. She seems to know when all of the sales are going on for women fashion clothes. She also knows which accessories work best with different outfits. I like going shopping with Kim because I always come home with a bunch of clothes that look good on me, fit me perfectly and will not go out of style in a year.

There are some women who just have an eye for fashion and Kim is definitely one of them.

Getting A Women Fashion Mentor

One of the problems I have when it comes to shopping for women fashion clothes is the lack of time to actually go shopping. It’s a good think I know my size so I can just go ahead and log onto the internet and shop online. I have gotten it down to a science of how to shop online thanks to my friend, Kim, who is also my fashion mentor.

Kim works in the same office as I do and she is an expert when it comes to women clothes and fashion. She knows where to find the best female clothes on sale and is all about women power when it comes to clothes. She does not feel that she should have to wear clothing that is unfeminine in order to be taken seriously at work. She wears clothes that are flattering but are appropriate for the office.

While some women refuse to dress their age or size will struggle with clothing that is too trendy or too tight for them, Kim knows her limitations. She wears clothes that fit and are age appropriate. I have had occasion to visit her at home and have seen that she also dresses the same way at home. She always looks relaxed and stylish, even when doing her gardening.

There are some women who just wear clothes well and Kim is one of these women. Yesterday, to our combined surprise, our boss Shirley asked Kim for advice on an outfit. Apparently, Kim’s fashion sense has come to the notice of other people too and not just me. Shirley wanted to know what type of dress she should wear to a certain function and held up two dresses. I could see that the first one was not for Shirley as it was a long dress and Shirley is very small in stature. I wondered what Kim would tell her.

Kim told her that the one dress, which is the one I would have chosen, was better for Shirley than the long dress because of her height. She then suggested some accessories that would make the dress look more like a business casual dress rather than an evening dress. Then, to my surprise and Shirley’s delight, she sketched some accessories that can make the dress into an evening dress.

Shirley was very pleased with this information about women fashion and was ever so grateful to Kim for her advice. With her uncanny knack for women fashion clothes, Kim is truly a women fashion mentor. In my opinion she should really have a job as a women clothes consultant instead of in our office as a secretary.

Fashion And Women

Most women like to shop and look for fashion clothes that not only look trendy, but good on them. Unfortunately, some women have a knack when it comes to women and fashion and some cannot seem to get it together to buy the best female clothes on sale that suit them. A woman at work named Debbie often comes to the office looking like a horror story. Clothes too tight and way too young for her.

Every office has a Debbie; a woman who does not have a clue when it comes to women and clothes. It is a shame that not all women can dress like my friend, Kim. She looks good no matter what she wears because she seems to be the type who can just wear clothes well. Kim also knows how to shop and is all about women power when it comes to women fashion clothes for work.

Yes, Kim is about women power – not men power. This means that she does not feel that she has to dress like a man when she comes in to work each day. She dresses in a feminine way with soft suits that flatter her figure and also are classic in style. Most of us do not have endless budgets to buy clothing. We have to conserve our money and find female clothes on sale when we can. Kim is no different, yet women with a lot more money than her do not dress half as well.

What does Kim do that gives her women fashion sense? For one, she is mindful of her age. She does not try to dress younger or older than her age. Second, she is mindful of her figure. She knows which clothes fit her perfectly and which do not suit her figure. She wears clothes that always flatter her figure and always fit her right.

The third thing that Kim does that makes her a women power fashion house is that she buys clothes that are classic in style and not just passing fads. She is not interested in trends, although she does like to see the latest fashions and does go along with fashion. But she will not hop on the bandwagon with super trendy clothes, especially those made for younger women.

Kim has it all together when it comes to women fashion sense. It is a shame that she does not talk to Debbie or take her shopping for clothes.
